If it will be only an electric dryer, we can fill it with a special liquid, install an electric heater, and prepare it for full use.

At the time of purchase, you can specify on which side of the dryer the electric heater will be (left, right, or center). If it is a combined option, the connection from the heating system should be standardly output, so that there is 50 mm between the centers of the heating pipes).
